ATP—TCA技术在膀胱癌治疗上的应用与进展

摘要 生物荧光肿瘤体外药敏检测技术(ATP—TCA)是目前肿瘤体外药敏检测中最先进的药敏检测主流技术。该技术的应用将对提高肿瘤化疗用药的针对性和用药科学性产生重要影响。临床研究和试验结果表明ATP—TCA技术指导的膀胱癌化疗较传统化疗模式更能提高临床疗效,延长病人总生存期和无进展生存期。现对其研究成果和进展作一综述。
