摘要
间质性膀胱炎始终是泌尿外科学领域的一个热点，但其定义、命名，甚至于流行病学一直不甚清楚。这篇综述中，我们总结了近年来在间质性膀胱炎研究中取得的一些重要成果，其中包括流行病学、定义、诊断以及治疗等。虽然目前间质性膀胱炎的治疗没有突破性的进展，但供临床医生选择的治疗方案也在逐渐增多，为以后的研究奠定了基础。
