攀枝花钛铁矿固相酸解和浸出试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着金红石矿资源的逐渐枯竭,钛铁矿已成为钛白粉生产的主要原料。目前我国钛白粉生产主要采用硫酸法。试验考察了攀枝花钛铁矿固相酸解和浸出条件。用80%~85%浓硫酸、在酸矿质量比(3.0~3.5):1条件下酸解矿石,然后在液固体积质量比6:1条件下用水浸出90min,Ti和Fe浸出率都达95%以上。 With depletion of rutile resources,ilmenite has become main source for producting titanium dioxide powder. At present, sulfuric acid decomposition process is mainly used in the process of ilmenite decomposition. In this study, the influence factors on ilmenite solid phase acid decomposition and leaching of acid-decomposition production were examined. The ilmenite solid phase was from Panzhihua, Sichuan and sulfuric acid concentration was of 80 % -85 %. The results showed that under decomposition conditions with acid-ore mass ratio of (3.0 - 3.5) : 1, liquid solid ratio of 6 : 1, and leaching time of 90 min,the leaching rates of Ti and Fe were both over 95%.
