摘要
研究了用含锌铅烟灰,通过碱浸制备氧化锌。含锌铅烟灰在25℃下,用3%双氧水预处理,再用5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液在85℃下浸出1.5 h,浸出液降温过滤后干燥、煅烧,得到符合直接法一级品标准的ZnO粉末。试验结果表明:锌浸出率达97%左右,浸出渣中锌质量分数在4%以下,铅质量分数为45%,As质量分数0.01%左右。
ZnO was produced by alkaline leaching from ash containning zinc and lead. The ash was first pretreated with 3% H202 at 25℃, then was leached for 1.5 h using 5 mol/L sodium hydroxide at 85℃. ZnO powder, fitting with the powder standard by direct method, was obtained by drying and calcining after leaching solution was cooled and filtered. Results showed that leaching recovery of zinc was about 97% and the mass fraction of Zn, Pb and As in leaching residue was less than 4%, about 45% and 0.01%, respectively.
