摘要
传统的红矾钠加钙焙烧过程中产出的铬渣对生态环境有巨大危害。研究了处理含钙铬渣的绿色化学新工艺。通过试验,提出了适宜的工艺参数,为铬渣的无害化(解毒)和资源化(综合利用)处理,构建铬盐化工循环经济新体系提供了新思路。
The chromium residue produced in traditional sodium chromate roasting has great harm to environment. By tests,a green new process for treating with chromium residue containing calcium is developed and feasible processing parameters were proposed. The new process provided a alternative technique for harmless (detoxification) and resource recycling (comprehensive utilization) of chromium residue and for building a new chemical engineering circulation economy system of chromium salt.
