摘要
随着工业社会向信息社会的转型,科技的迅猛发展,人们在工作中感受到了不同程度的压力。过度的压力不仅关系着员工个人的工作生活质量与工作绩效,还关系到组织整体的活力与效率。员工帮助计划EAP,是为企业员工设置的一套系统的、长期的福利与支持项目。应由社会工作者运用专业方法构建由调查、研究与建议——宣传教育——针对性培训——心理咨询与治疗——监控和反馈组成的五级模式,并解决员工的压力问题。
Along with the transition from industry society to information society,as well as the rapid development of science and technology,people are experiencing work pressure from every aspect in different degree.Excessive pressure may not only harm employee′s work and life quality,work performance,but also impact whole organization′s energy and efficiency.Employee Assistance Program is a set of systemic,long-term welfare and support project designed for enterprise′s employee.It should be established by social worker with special method,and be five level patterns:investigation,research and suggestion;propaganda education;aim training;psychology consultation and treatment;supervision and feedback,and settle employee′s pressure problem.
