The talented people cultivation mode of higher vocational education on view of quality education mainly includes following five contents： the first is theoretical view： quality education idea;the second is talented people cultivation goal： technology application talented-people with high quality and high skill;the third is course mode： taking work process as basis;the fourth is teaching mode： activity orientation;the fifth is assessment mode： pluralistic and multi-level student assessment mode.
