摘要
素质教育视野中的高职人才培养模式主要包含以下五项内容——一是理论视野:素质教育思想;二是人才培养目标:高素质、高技能的技术应用性人才;三是课程模式:以工作过程为基础的课程模式;四是教学模式:行动引导型教学模式;五是评价模式:多元立体的学生评价模式。
The talented people cultivation mode of higher vocational education on view of quality education mainly includes following five contents: the first is theoretical view: quality education idea;the second is talented people cultivation goal: technology application talented-people with high quality and high skill;the third is course mode: taking work process as basis;the fourth is teaching mode: activity orientation;the fifth is assessment mode: pluralistic and multi-level student assessment mode.
