重庆市科技财政投入的绩效评价研究

A Performance Evaluation of Financial investment in Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology

根据重庆市科技财政投入现状,在总结前人研究成果的基础上,建立起关于重庆市科技财政投入绩效的评价指标体系;利用数据包络分析方法,对重庆市科技财政投入进行绩效评价分析;结合重庆市地方科技与经济特色,分析重庆市科技财政投入存在的主要问题,并提出相关建议。

Based on the status of financial investment in science and technology in Chongqing city and the achievements of previous studies, the paper attempts to establish an index system of evaluation to evaluate the performance of Chongqing＇s financial investment by using DEA method（ data envelopment analysis）. Meanwhile realizing the current situation of science＆technology and economy, the paper also points out the principal problems in financial investment, finally offers some suggestions.
