摘要 目的观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉对乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者T细胞亚群及血浆细胞因子的影响,探讨乙肝与细胞因子的关系。方法应用随机双盲法将56例乙肝患者分为A、B 2组,均给予常规治疗,A组在此基础上予脾氨肽口服冻干粉口服,治疗前后采用免疫分析技术测定患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-2和IL-6等细胞因子水平,用流式细胞仪技术,通过微量全血直接免疫荧光染色法测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+,并与29例健康献血员(健康组)上述各指标进行比较。结果乙肝患者IL-2水平和CD4+/CD8+细胞百分比明显低于健康组,IL-6水平、CD8+细胞百分比升高。经脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗后,上述各项指标与健康组相比无显著性差异。结论脾氨肽口服冻干粉可调节乙肝患者细胞因子的水平和细胞免疫功能,从而达到增强免疫功能的作用。 Objective It is to observe the effect of Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder(SAOLP) on T lymphocyte subgroup and plasma cytokines in patients with chronic hepatitis B,and to explore the relationship between cytokines and hepatitis B.Methods 56 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided two groups including group A and group B according to randomized and double-blind methods.Both the groups were given normal treatment,and group A was given SAOLP by oral use on the basis of treatment above.The levels of plasma IL-2,IL-6 were measured with radio immunoassay and ELISA.T lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood(including CD4+ and CD8+) were measured by direct microvolume whole blood immunoflurescent staining technique with flow cytometer.The indexes mentioned above were compared with those in 29 healthy blood donors(healthy group).Results The plasma levels of IL-2 and percentage of CD4+/CD8+ were significantly lower in patients with chronic hepatitis B than that in healthy group,and the level of IL-6 and CD8+ percentage were high in the patients.After the treatment with SAOLP,the differences in the indexes above were not significant compared with healthy group.Conclusion Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powde can improve plasma cytokines levels and cellular immune function,so to play a part in strengthening immune function.
