补肾鹿仙汤合胞二磷胆碱治疗神经系统损伤疗效观察

Curative effect observation of combined therapy with Bushen Luxian decoction and citicoline on never system injury

目的观察补肾鹿仙汤合胞二磷胆碱治疗神经系统损伤的疗效。方法将55例神经系统损伤患者按就诊顺序分为2组,治疗组予补肾鹿仙汤合胞二磷胆碱治疗,对照组单用胞二磷胆碱治疗,疗程均为90 d。观察2组治疗前后意识、感觉、运动等多方面情况及脑电地形图、肌电图变化。结果治疗组愈显率61%,总有效率89%;对照组愈显率35%,总有效率75%,2组比较有显著性差异。脑电地形图及肌电图治疗后2组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论补肾鹿仙汤合胞二磷胆碱治疗神经系统损伤有较好的临床疗效。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of combined therapy with Bushen Luxian decoction and citicoline on nerve system injury.Methods 55 cases of patients with never system injury were randomly divided into 2 groups according to treatment order.Treatment group was treated with Bushen Luxian decoction and citicoline,control group was only treated with citicoline.Both the treatment courses were 90 d.Consciousness,sensation,movement and other various conditions and the changes of brain electrical activity mapping（BEAM） and electromyogram（EMG） were observed before and after treatment.Results Cured-effective rate was 61% and total effective rate was 89% in treatment group,and which were 35% and 75% respectively in control group.The differences in the rates were significant.The were also differences in BEAM and EMG between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined therapy with Bushen Luxian decoction and citicoline has a good clinical curative effect on nerve system injury.
