眩晕宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的系统评价

Systematic evaluation of Xuanyunning on vertebrobasflar ischemic vertigo

目的评价眩晕宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索万方、维普数据库,收集眩晕宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的随机对照研究,对符合纳入标准的临床研究进行M eta分析。结果检索到相关文献13篇,共1 222例患者。8项眩晕宁单一治疗组疗效（92.41%）优于对照组（77.20%）（Z=6.24,OR=3.56,95%C I为2.39~5.30,P〈0.000 1）;5项眩晕宁联用药物治疗组有效率（93.27%）明显高于对照组（74.07%）（Z=5.20,OR=4.16,95%C I为2.43~7.13,P〈0.000 1）。结论眩晕宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效显著优于目前常用药物,且无明显不良反应。但由于目前的临床研究质量较低,尚需进行严格的、多中心的随机双盲对照研究加以证实。

Objective It is to evaluate the Clinical efficacy and safety of Xuanyunning tablet in the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.Methods Databases including Chinese Hospital Digital Database and VIP were searched,and randomized controlled trials of Xuanyunning for vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo were collected.Meta-analysis of the included trials was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of Xuanyunning.Results A total number of 1 222 patients involved in 13 papers were searched.8 trials showed that the curative effect of single Xuanyunning treatment group（92.41%） was better than that of control group（77.20%）（Z=6.24,OR=3.56,95% confidence interval was 2.39～5.30,P0.000 1）.The other 8 trials showed that effective rate of Xuanyunning combined treatment group（93.27%） was higher than that of control group（74.07%）（Z=5.20,OR 4.16,95%,confidence interval was 2.43～7.13,P0.000 1）.Conclusion Therapeutic effect of Xuanyunning tablet is better than that most commonly used medicine in treating vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar artery insufficienc,and has no obvious adverse reaction.Large-scale and well-designed clinical trial is needed to give more persuasive evidence to prove the efficacy of Xuanyunning because the quality of current clinical study is poor.
