摘要
目的探讨硫化氢(H2S)对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清及脑组织NO和NOS的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和模型+NaHS组,采用大脑中动脉阻断法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,再灌注前30 min给予模型+NaSH组大鼠腹腔注射NaHS,分光光度法检测脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清及脑组织NO和NOS的浓度变化。结果模型+NaHS组大鼠NO、NOS含量较模型组大鼠显著下降(P均<0.05),而与对照组接近(P均>0.05)。结论H2S在脑缺血再灌注损伤中可能起着重要作用。
Objective It is to explore the effect of hydrogen sulfide(H2S) in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and model+NaHS group.Ischemia-reperfusion models of rats were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion mothod.The rats in model+NaSH group were given NaHS by intraperitoneal injection at 30 min before reperfusion.The concentrations of NO and NOS in the rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion were determined by absorption spectrometry.Results The contents of NO and NOS in model+NaHS group were significantly lower than that in model group(P0.05),while they were similar to the control group(P0.05).Conclusion H2S may play an important role in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
