“核酸是遗传物质的证据”一节研究课例

摘要 以高二生物学"核酸是遗传物质的证据"课例研究为例,探讨如何在文科班生物学课堂教学中有效渗透科学史思想。通过对该研究课的课前思考及3阶段具体科学史思想的逐步渗透、评课与课后反思,在以科学史思想的有效渗透为主题的课例研究方面积累了一些经验与体会,并且就科学史渗透"量"、科学史渗透的有效性体现及科学史给课堂教学的"增亮"等方面作了一些探讨与分析。
