摘要
目的探讨珐菲娅参提取物增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。方法60只小鼠随机分为6组,正常对照组、模型组、左旋咪唑组、珐菲娅参高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。正常对照组、模型组分别灌胃给予等体积生理盐水,其余的给药组于给药后第4天和第8天腹腔注射环磷酰胺60 mg/kg。进行T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率测定、单核吞噬细胞吞噬廓清能力测定和免疫器官重量测定。结果珐菲娅参对免疫功能低下小鼠,有明显的免疫增强作用,能提高T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率,明显提高单核吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,增加胸腺和脾脏重量。结论珐菲娅参提取物具有增强小鼠免疫力的作用。
Objective To investigate the immunity-enhancement of Suma extract in mice.Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups,named normal control group,model group,lavage group,the groups of suma at high,middle and low doses,10 mice in each group.In normal control and model groups,gastric infusion of physiological saline at equal volume was applied separately.In the rest groups,on the 4th and 8th days,cyclophosphamide 60 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection was applied separately.The staining rate of T lymphocytes esterase isozymes,devour expurgation ability of mononuclear cell and the weights of immune organs were detected.Results Suma extract enhanced immunity of mice with low immune dysfunction caused by cyclophosphamide apparently,improved the staining rate of T lymphocytes esterase isozymes,obviously improved phagocytosis function of mononuclear cell and increase the weights of thymus and spleen.Conclusion Suma extract enhances immune function in mice.
