喹烯酮对异育银鲫生长的影响及其在体内的代谢 被引量:9

摘要 试验采用单因素梯度设计,以不添加任何促生长剂作对照,在饲料中添加25、50、75、100、125和150mg/kg的喹烯酮饲养平均体重7.7g左右的异育银鲫8周,就喹烯酮对异育银鲫的促生长效果和在体内的残留情况进行研究。结果显示:在配合饲料中添加25~150mg/kg的喹烯酮时,异育银鲫平均增重率明显高于不添加任何促生长剂的组,同时成活率与对照组差异不显著。在肝胰脏和肌肉组织中的喹烯酮残留检测显示,停药后2天,喹烯酮在异育银鲫体内不会残留。 The experiment used a single factor gradient design, taking no adding any growth promoter as a reference, the allogynogentic crucians with average weight of about 7.7 g were fed on feeds with additives of 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 mg/kg quinocetone for 8 weeks, and the effect of quinocetone on promoting growth of allogynogentic crucians and residue in vivo were investigated. The results indicated that when adding 25 ~ 150 mg/kg quinocetone into the formula feeds, the average weight gain of allogynogentic crucians was significantly higher than that in the groups without addition of any growth promoter. At the same time, the survival rate was not significantly different from that in control group. The detection of quinocetone residue in hepatopancreas and muscle organ indicated that after stop of the additive for 2 days, there was no quinocetone residue in vivo of allogynogentic cruclans.
