压缩机组控制系统的可靠性和稳定性是长距离输送天然气压缩机组连续稳定运行的关键。简述了长距离输送天然气管道的情况,通过分析压缩机组控制系统的要求、联锁逻辑系统和实际使用中的硬件结构和特点,指出目前情况下控制系统中存在的部分问题。这些问题对于输气系统的成功运行和其他类似系统有一定的推广和借鉴意义。

Reliability and stability of the control system for compressor units are the most critical issues of compressor units for continuous stable operation of long distance natural gas transportation.The conditions of the long distance natural gas pipelines is described in brief,and through analyzing the requirements on control system of the compressor units,the hardware structure and features of interlock system,some of the problems existing in control systems at present are pointed out.These experiences are worth to be consulted for successful operation of natural gas transportation and other similar systems.
