摘要
为了解决WinCC与RSLinx之间的通信以及站与站之间的互操作问题,提出在城市污水处理过程中采用OPC技术的应用方案。首先简要介绍了OPC技术的特点,然后分析了城市污水处理的工艺流程,最后详细给出了将OPC技术应用到城市污水处理控制系统的具体设计及实现方法。该技术的应用使得系统在实现无缝集成的同时,大大简化系统复杂性,并减轻了生产及维护工人的劳动强度,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to implement communication between WinCC and RSLinx,and the interactions among stations,the strategy of using OPC technology in urban sewage treatment process is proposed.First,the technical features of OPC technology are introduced briefly,then the technological process of urban sewage treatment is analyzed,and finally the concrete design and implementing method of this control system based on OPC are described.The application of this technology implements seamless integration,in addition,the complicated system is simplified for reducing labor intensity of operators and maintenance personnel.It offers excellent economical and social benefits.
