摘要
针对锂电池户外充电困难的问题,设计了以太阳能为动力源,采用HT46R24单片机控制能量转换和锂电池充电过程的充电器。为保证电池性能和使用寿命,采用三段式充电算法并提供了相应的报警、显示功能;针对关键器件失效导致的充电失控,专门设计了基于硬件的保护电路。实验结果表明,在不同的天气条件下,该系统都能对锂电池进行有效充电,能量转换效率较高。
To overcome the difficulty of charging Lithium batteries outdoor,the charger using solar power and the single chip computer HT46R24 to control energy conversion and charging process has been designed.To ensure the performance and the operational life of the batteries,three segmental charging algorithm is adopted,and corresponding alarm and display functions are provided.For critical components that device failure leading charging out of control,dedicated hardware protection circuits are designed.The experimental results indicate that under different climate conditions,the charger can effectively charge Lithium batteries with high energy conversion efficiency.
