"钓鱼执法"事件中,执法机关采取诱骗的方式使原本没有违法意图的当事人从事了违法活动,严重损害了执法部门的形象,致使政府公信力大打折扣。可见,在现代公共生活中,政府行政权力如何有效运作,关系到政府良好形象的确立及其公信力的增强。以"钓鱼执法"事件为例,剖析一些地方政府公信力缺失的原因,探寻政府公信力有效提升的对策,已成为亟待解决的理论与现实问题。
