General level,Structure and Efficiency Analysis of Human Resource Costs in Wenjiang,Chengdu

对成都市温江区人力资源成本现状和特点进行调查研究,通过数据比较论证温江区人力资源成本的总体水平、结构及效率和现阶段存在的问题,有针对性地提出进一步发掘温江区人力资源成本竞争优势的政策建议。

This article investigates the current status and features of human resource costs in Wenjiang Dis- trict, Chengdu City, and demonstrates with data comparison the general level, structure, efficiency and existing problems in this district; moreover, this article also provides some policy proposals to develop its competitive edge at human resource costs.
