摘要 结合多刚体动力学和多柔体动力学理论,建立自主式水下航行器发动机中相关柔性体的刚柔耦合运动学、动力学数学模型;在ADAMS中生成虚拟样机,在Matlab/Simulink中建立发动机控制模型,然后基于ADAMS/Control模块与Matlab/Simulink接口得到发动机多刚体联合仿真模型,并利用相关实车数据对其进行了验证;在ANSYS软件中生成柔性体有限元模态中性文件,导入多刚体联合仿真模型,得到刚柔耦合的联合仿真模型. The dynamic simulation of hyperbol- ical - cam piston engine for AUV is performed uti- lizing co - simulation with rigid - flexible coupling model by using ADAMS, Matlab and ANSYS. First,the dynamic characteristics of AUV engine's flexible - body are studied by multi - rigid - body and multi - flexible - body dynamics theory. Sec- ond,a multi - rigid - body virtual prototype of the engine for co - simulation is established by AD- AMS and Matlab/Simulink, which is followed by the validation using relevant engine test. Third, the finite element model neutral files of flexible - bodies are generated in ANSYS, which are introduced into the multi -rigid- body virtual prototypeto build the coupled rigid - flexible - dynamic model in ADAMS.
