摘要
针对堆垛机运行时振动、噪声大,严重影响其运行速度的问题,采用有限元方法建立单立柱堆垛机物理模型,对堆垛机结构进行模态分析,确定堆垛机结构的前几阶固有频率和振型,从而了解现有结构振动的不稳定因素,避免在动力载荷作用下发生共振.
Based on the problems big vibration and noises in the run of mast stackcrane at present,which have great effect on stacker's run speed and addressing precision, the article bring forward that using dynamics to study the dynamic capabili- ty. By adopting the large scaled finite element software. The vibration characteristics of stacker, It plays an important role in improving the struture stack - crane, avoiding theresonance structure.
