The Application of Multiple Intelligences Theory in College English Teaching

本文从多元智能理论出发,结合《大学英语课程教学要求》提出的全新理念,探讨其文字/语言智能、逻辑/数学智能、视觉/空间智能、音乐智能、身体/运动智能、自我认知智能以及自然观察智能等智能理论方法在大学英语教学中的具体运用。

This article, based on the multiple intelligence theory and some new ideas proposed in the ＂Col- lege English Curriculum Requirements＂, explores specific applications of various intelligence theory approaches in college English teaching, such as the language/linguistic intelligence, logical/mathematical intelligence, visual/ spatial intelligence, musical intelligence, bodily/kinesthetic intelligence, self - recognition intelligence, and naturalist intelligence and others.
