摘要
针对传统的文件系统不能应用于存在坏块的NAND flash存储器的问题,提出了一种具备坏块管理的CRAMFS文件系统.该文件系统继承了传统CRAMFS文件系统的特性,并针对NAND flash存储器引入坏块管理.该文件系统在嵌入式Linux操作系统中予以实现,并进行了验证.
This paper presents a CRAMFS file system with bad block management （BBM）. Conventional CRAMFS file system can not be applied to the NAND flash memory with bad blocks, con- sequently, a bad block management is required to solve this drawbacks. The CRAMFS file system with BBM is designed and verified for NAND flash memory while inheriting the existing file system characteristics.
