摘要 分别用不同浓度的中性盐(NaCl),碱性盐(Na2CO3)处理膜荚黄芪种子,分析各种盐分对黄芪种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:0.05%、0.10%浓度的盐碱处理能促进黄芪种子萌发、幼苗生长,发芽率、发芽势、α-淀粉酶活性、株高、叶面积呈升高趋势,而高于0.15%浓度的盐碱处理则抑制黄芪种子萌发幼苗生长,发芽率、发芽势、α-淀粉酶活性、株高、叶面积呈下降趋势。 In this paper, the Astragalus Menbranaceus seeds were treated with neutral salt (NaCl) and basic salt (Na2CO3 ) in different concentration. The influences of them to the sprouting and the growth of the plant were analyzed. It shows that both the two kinds of the salt could promote the sprouting and the growth of the plant from 0.05% to 0.10% concentration, and also increase the germination rate and vigour, α -amylase activity, height growth and leaves area. On the opposite, it would inhibit them when the salts are in high concentration.
