摘要 新一代GIS以面向服务为特征,本体是语义网结构的重要组成部分,其对语义网条件下的地理信息服务的研究至关重要。地名本体作为地理领域本体的重要内容,它是维护地理要素位置的本体。文章在总结地名本体的基本概念基础上,根据日常地理信息查询需要,进行了地名本体的概念设计。通过地名本体模型的构建,探讨了基于语义网的地名本体服务框架的设计与服务发布等工作,并总结了实现基于地名本体的空间要素数据组织与关系表达的途径。 Being Service-oriented is the characteristic of the new generation GIS.Ontology is an important component of the third generation semantic web architecture,which is also of great importance to the semantic weg-based geo-information service.Toponym ontology is an integrant part of geo-ontology,which maintains the location information of geographical features.By summarizing the basic concept of Toponym ontology,the paper presents the ontology design according to the requirements of the ordinary geographic information retrieval based on the Semantic Geospatial Web.Through the design of Toponym ontology,the paper dicusses the work of toponym ontology service design and release,and also summarizes the methods of the data management and relation representation based on Toponym ontology.
