摘要
在"最简方案"的框架下,探讨"语段"的概念及其理论局限性,认为,在概念意义和实证价值方面,"语段"尚缺乏充分的理论动机,而在句法特性和理论地位方面,"语段"亦面临诸多的理论挑战。
This paper discusses the concept of ＂phase＂ and its theoretical limitations under the framework of the Minimalist Syntax.The paper suggests that in terms of the conceptual significance and empirical value,the concept of ＂phase＂ lacks adequate motivations,and in terms of the syntactic properties and theoretical status,it is also confronted with a number of challenges.
