Translation is a cognitive activity to process the exchange of information between two languages.Perceptual point of view plays a direct effect in the cognitive process in which translator deals with the arrangement of information,which will affect the arrangement and express of language served as information carrier and converter.Through the comparative analyses upon differences of the use of perceptual point of view between Chinese and western thinking models,this papers aims to explore how translator changes his perceptual point of view to pass the inform in a appropriate and natural way.
