研究生创新素质之反思

Reflections on the Quality of Innovation of Graduates

作为精英教育层次的研究生是高校中高层次的创新人才,是高校创新的主体,是我国建设创新大国的宝贵人力资源。然而我国目前研究生教育对创新人才的培养成效并不明显,从创新人才所应具备的基本素质来分析,我国研究生创新素质亟需从改善知识结构、营造想象空间、搭建实践平台、提升道德品质四个方面来完善。

The graduates at the elite levels of education are the main body in the college group of innovation so that they are valuable human resources in the building of innovative country, however, the cultivating result for the innovative talents of graduate show little effective. Analysis for the basic quality which should be possessed by a creative talent, the quality of the gratuates in our country needs some resolved measures which contains the improvement of knowledge structure, the construction of imaginative space, the building of practice platform and upgrade of moral character for further enhancement.
