中医综合疗法治疗郁滞型乳腺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Mastitis of Depressed-Pattern Treated with Combined Therapy of TCM

目的:探讨中药治疗郁滞型乳腺炎的疗效。方法:采用自拟通乳消肿汤,配合外敷中药治疗本病67例,并设对照组。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率以及远期治疗效果均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:通乳消肿汤,配合外敷中药治疗郁滞型乳腺炎具有抗感染、消肿、散结、通乳之功效,值得临床推广。

Objective：To research the clinical curative effect of TCM to treat mastitis of depressed-pattern.Methods：67cases of mastitis in the treatment group were treated with TONGRuXiaoZhong decoction and external application with TongRuXiaoZhong Power.Other 60 cases in the control group were treated with penicillin.Results：The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：TongRuXiaoZhong decoction has definite therapeutic effect.as anti-infection,disperse swelling,eliminating stagnation,lactogenesis,as well as external application is concecl.
