再生骨料混凝土基本性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 进行了再生骨料取代率、粉煤灰、减水剂、膨胀剂掺量对再生骨料混凝土和易性及基本力学性能影响的试验,结果表明:再生骨料的添加降低了混凝土的流动性;掺粉煤灰能提高再生骨料混凝土的流动性,提高了粉煤灰再生骨料泥凝土的力学性能;在拌合水和水泥用量固定的情况下,减水剂能提高再生骨料混凝土的流动性、降低混凝土强度。掺膨胀剂会降低再生骨料混凝土的流动性,提高了拌合物的黏聚性和保水性。 The experiment of workability and basic mechanical properties considering the influence of recycled aggregate replacement ratio and mixing amount of fly ash, water reducer and expansive agent are made, and the mechanism is analyzed, the results show that: the addition of recycled aggregate reduced the liquidity of recycled aggregate concrete. The addition of fly ash increases the liquidity of recycled aggregate concrete. In the case of fixed amount of mixing water and cement content, the addition of water reducing agent can improve the liquidity but reduce the strength. The liquidity of recycled concrete aggregate decreases with the addition of expansion agent, but can increase the sticky cohesion and retention of mixture.
