面对激烈的就业竞争压力,培养高职学生可持续发展的终身就业能力,构建科学合理的高职学生职业生涯规划教育体系势在必行。为搞好我省高职院校职业生涯教育,应从我省高职院校职业生涯教育的现状入手,客观剖析其存在的问题。以思考我省高职院校职业生涯教育的对策为核心,以理念突破为先导,以科学整体规划职业生涯教育体系,创建特色鲜明的高职院校职业生涯教育教学模式,建设高素质师资队伍,加强高职学生职业生涯规划辅导建设,拓展职业生涯教育的途径。

In the cver-changing era of knowledge economy and facing of fierce career competition, it is important for vocational skill training , but it is more imperative to develop the sustainable ability of life-long employability of the vocational students and to build a scientific and reasonable education system for college students career planning. In order to improve vocational career education in our province, this article tries to analyze the status of career education and its problems objectively, use quantitative and qualitative analysis method, with leading guide of breakthrough, focus on the overall planning of scientific career education and creating the teaching mode of vocational career education in vocational college, building high-quality teachers team. Tics to strengthen the construction of career planning guidance and to expand the way of career education so as to improve vocational career education in our province.
