摘要
以聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)/异辛醇(IOA)/环己烷/水所形成的反相微乳体系诱导磷酸铵镁晶体生长,并对影响微乳体系稳定性的诸多因素如水相、油相、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、反应温度、时间进行考察.结果表明,当OP∶IOA∶环己烷∶水=1.1∶0.6∶3.0∶0.25,15℃反应15 min时所形成的微乳体系最稳定.对该体系合成的磷酸铵镁晶体进行XRD表征,结果表明,实验制得的晶体基本上是六水磷酸铵镁晶体,主要沿(111),(012),(120)面取向生长.
Reverse microemulsion of p-octyl polyethylene glycol phenylether(OP) /iso-octyl alcohol(IOA)/cydohexane/water was selected as template to induce crystal growth of magnesium ammonium phosphate.And many factors affected stability of microemulsion system such as the proportion of aqueous phase,oil phase,surfactant,cosurfactant,reaction temperature,reaction time were observed.The results show that the reverse microemulsion is the most stable when the ration of OP,IOA,cydohexane.water is 1.1∶0.6∶3.0∶0.25,reaction temperature is 15 ℃,reaction time is 15 min.The crystals were characterized by XRD.It was found that most of crystals are magnesium ammonium phosphate hexahydrate,and the orientation growth almost paralleled with(111),(012),(120) planes.
