摘要
合成了微球壳聚糖银配合物,并研究了其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌能力.结果表明:合成微球壳聚糖银的颗粒在100~200μm,微球壳聚糖银对大肠杆菌的抑制情况比对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制情况好,在6 h下对大肠杆菌的最大抑菌质量浓度为4.8 mg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌最大抑菌质量浓度为6.4 mg/mL;12 h下,在4.8 mg/mL时达到了对大肠杆菌的最大抑菌量,5.6 mg/mL时达到金黄色葡萄球菌最大抑菌量.
Microsphere-chitosan silver complex was prepared and a preliminary study of antibacterial properties for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was carried out.The results show that:the size of microsphere-chitosan is about 100200 um;the antibacterial properties of nano-chitosan silver complex for the E.coli is better than Staphylococcus aureus;the biggest inhibitory concentration of E.Coli on is 4.8 mg/mL at 6 h,that of Staphylococcus aureus is 6.4 mg/mL;the biggest inhibitory concentration of E.Coli is 4.8 mg/mL at 12 h,that of Staphylococcus aureus is 5.6 mg/mL.
