摘要 分析了被测介质电导率、流速分布与直管段、电极结垢与附着层、安装条件和运行环境5方面工程因素对电磁流量计准确测量的影响,提出了提高电磁流量测量准确性的工程对策。从而保证电磁流量计在工程应用中能够准确测量,使其充分发挥其计量作用,为流量检测提供可靠的测量数据. This paper analyzes the five aspects of engineering factors on electromagnetic flowmeter to accurately measure: measured medium conductivity, distribution of current velocity and straight pipe, electrode fouling and adhesion layer, installation conditions and the operating environment. The paper proposes the engineering countermeasures to improve the measurement accuracy of electromagnetic flow, so as to ensure accurate measure of electromagnetic flowmeter in engineering applications, to fully play its role in measurement,and to provide reliable measurement data on detection of flow.
