摘要
采用硫代硫酸钠法制备氧化淀粉胶,以氧化淀粉胶为主要原料加黄原胶和硫酸铝钾制备用于瓦楞纸生产的氧化淀粉黏合剂。通过正交试验确定氧化淀粉胶、黄原胶和硫酸铝钾3种原料的配比为95.25%、4%和0.75%较合适。该配方的成本低且能够满足瓦楞纸生产的需要。
Oxidated starch glue was made by sodium hyposulfit method.Taking oxidated starch glue as main material,xanthogen glue and aluminium potassium sulfate were added to produce adhesive for corrugated paper manufacturing.The rate of oxidated starch glue,xanthogen glue and aluminium potassium sulfate was determined by direct-cross method.The results indicate that the suitable formula for adhesive is 95.25% oxidated starch glue,4%xanthogen glue and 0.75%aluminium potassium sulfate.This formula has low cost and the adhesive meets the demand for corrugated paper manufacturing.
