摘要 旅游业和餐饮业的良性互动有助于旅游目的地经济发展和旅游者旅游体验质量提升。在分析旅游业和餐饮业关系的基础上,指出旅游业与餐饮业的良性互动机制是饮食文化旅游和旅游餐饮业在完善的支持系统和监控系统环境下的持续健康发展,进而对安徽省旅游业与餐饮业的良性互动提出建议。 The beneficial interaction between the tourist industry and the catering industry is helpful to the development of tourist destination economy and the improvement of tourist experience quality.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the two industries,this paper puts forward the mechanism of the beneficial interaction between the tourist industry and the catering industry,which is that the food culture tourism and the tourist catering industry develop sustainably and healthily in the environment of perfect support system and monitoring system,and then offers the suggestion for the beneficial interaction between the tourist industry and the catering industry in Anhui province.
