Analysis on the Effects of Human Capital Flow on Migrant Rural Labor

根据农村外出打工者外出前后自身变化,说明农村劳动力流动对劳动者本身人力资本的形成存在着正负两个方面的影响,在当前农村人力资本投资相对有限的情况下,发挥流动对人力资本的正面作用,对提高农村人力资本现状至关重要。

This paper analyzes the changes of rural migrant workers before and after going out working,and these changes show both the positive and negative impacts of labor force flow on human capital of the workers.Under the conditions of relatively limited human capital in rural areas,the positive impact plays a vital role of improving the situation of rural human capital.
