加强法治政府建设的思考

Thoughts on Strengthening the Construction of Government Governed by Law

文章在廓清法治政府内涵的基础上,阐明了法治政府建设的必要性:建设法治政府是坚持"以人为本"施政思想的重要体现,是构建和谐社会的重要保障,是落实科学发展观的必然要求;在较为全面、深入地总结、分析了我国法治政府建设取得的成绩和问题的同时,侧重从实践的层面有针对性地提出了进一步加强法治政府建设的努力方向:加强立法、严格执法、搞好监督、发挥合力。

On the basis of clarifying the connotation of government governed by law,the paper sets out the necessity： it is an important embodiment of holding fast to the thought of ＂people-oriented＂policy;it is an essential requirement to build a harmonious society and to carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development.Based on the comprehensive,in-depth analysis of the achievements and problems in building government governed by law in China,the paper focuses on the level of practice and puts forward an orientation to make further steps on strengthening the construction of government governed by law： strengthening legislation,strict law enforcement and supervision by joint efforts.
