手机取像镜头设计

The lens design of mobile camera phone

介绍一种采用三片式镜片结构手机镜头的设计,该设计利用光学设计软件ZEMAX进行光学效果的模拟,设计结果出焦距为4.5mm,相对孔径(F数)为2.8,在501p/mm时,MTF≥0.5,像面尺寸(?)4.5mm,总长小于8mm,相对畸变量为4%的手机镜头。本系统设计指标满足要求,采用的玻璃都是常用的材料,制造成本较低,所设计的产品在中低端手机上有广泛应用。

In this paper a mobile camera phone of optical system are discussed. The optical configuration of triplet was adopted, and obtained the optical model results of mobile camera phone lens in the optical software ZEMAX. The designed results of mobile camera phone lens are given, focal length f=4.5mm,fNo=2.8, MTF≥0.5, 501p/mm, image diameter is 4.5mm, total length of lens is less than 8mm, relative distortion maximum is less than 4%. Analysis of design results suggests that this optical system can satisfy rigid performance specification. The design of mobile camera phone lens could be comprehensive used in mid-end or low end mobile phone .
