摘要
运用双线性及Plastic Kinematic材料本构模型对某高g值长脉冲引信机构进行高速碰撞仿真模拟,分析了该引信机构加速度、碰撞接触时间及内能随时间的变化规律.结果表明在高速碰撞过程中,应变率对碰撞特性有很大影响,Plastic Kinematic本构模型可以很好地模拟高速碰撞过程.模拟分析的结果可以为某高g值长脉冲引信机构的设计提供可靠的理论依据.
High-speed impact of one kind of high-g value and long-pulse fuse agency has been simulated by using bilinear and Plastic Kinematic material constitutive model. The fuse acceleration, collisions contact time and internal energy with time-varying have been investi- gated in detail. The results show that, during the high-speed collision, the strain rate has a great effect on the characters of the collision, and the Plastic Kinematic constitutive model can simulate the high-speed collision course very well. The results in this paper will provide a reliable theoretical guidance to the design of one kind of high-g value and long-pulse fuse agency.
