关于加强新办本科高校院系党总支工作实效性的思考

On strengthening working effectiveness of general Party branch in newly ascending university faculty

新办本科高校由于起点不高、起步较晚,各方面工作有待提高,特别是院系党总支工作面临着许多问题,为了提高其工作实效性,发挥"政治核心作用",应进一步理顺院系党总支与行政的关系;要适应时代的发展,创新院系党总支的工作方法;加强班子建设,增强高校党总支的凝聚力;重视院系和谐文化建设等方面努力,以实现新办本科高校院系党总支工作在新的层面上取得新的突破。

As a newly ascending university,it not noly has a low starting point,but also has a late start,All aspects of work need to be improved,especially that many general Party branches in the faculty are facing many problems.In order to improve working effectiveness,and give full scope to political core,we should do the followinig things：further rationalize the relationship between the general Party branch and the administration in faculties;dapt to the development of the Era and innovate methods of work of general Party branch;strengthen team building and increase the cohesion of college general Party branch;pay attention to the efforts to build a harmonious culture in faculty so that we can achieve new breakthroughs in work of newly ascending universities on a new level.
