基于利益视角的社会转型期我国群体性事件探析

On Group Events in the Social Transformation from the Perspective of Interests

在我国社会转型时期,群体性事件频发,影响了社会主义和谐社会的建构。利益是人们采取行动的根本原因。群体性事件作为一种社会关系,其本质是利益关系不协调的极端表现。利益分配不公、表达不畅和政府部门不作为是群体性事件发生的主要原因,政府应强化为民服务意识,通过建立和完善利益分配机制、表达机制和补偿机制来预防群体性事件的发生。

In the social transformation period,the frequent occurrence of group events in China has become the outstanding problem that damages social barmony and stability.Interest is the fundamental reason for people to take action.Group events as a social relationship,its essence is also the inharmonious phenomenon of interest relationship in certain social scope.Unfair distribution of interests,poor expression and the government＇ inaction are the main reasons for grcup events.In order to preventn the occurrenceof group events,the government should strengthen its consciousness of service,and improve the distribution of interests by establishing mechanisms of expression and compensation.
