孔子分配思想对我国社会经济分配关系的影响

On the Influence of Confucius Distribution Thought on Socio-economic Distribution Relationship in China

孔子的经济分配思想主要涉及到两方面的分配关系:一是国家与个人之间的分配关系,对此孔子主张民富则国富的原则;二是社会成员之间经济收入分配的关系,对此他主张按照等级分配,统治者应以礼仁来规范并通过道德关系来协调社会利益分配关系。这是我国最早的分配思想,对如何理顺当代中国社会的经济分配关系有借鉴作用。

Confucius distribution thought involves two aspects：（1）distribution between the state and individuals,hereto of this,Confucius advocated the principle of enriching people;（2）the distribution relation of income among society members,hereto of this,he stranded for the distribution according to grade,meanwhile he demanded that the rulers should regulate the relations of distribution of social benefits by courtesy and humanity and coordinate it by ethics.This is our first distribution thought,which has played an initial thinking guiding role in how to improve China＇s economic distribution system in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
