摘要
目的探讨高中生学习倦怠和应激生活事件的影响因素及2者之间的关系。方法采用学习倦怠量表和青少年生活事件量表对湖南省4所中学857名高中生进行问卷调查,并对测试结果进行统计分析。结果高中生学习倦怠衰竭因子分为(3.22±0.92),讥诮态度因子分为(2.98±1.07),效能感低因子分为(2.85±1.23);年级因素对学习倦怠的3个维度得分均有影响(P<0.05);学习倦怠总分与应激生活事件因子人际关系、学习压力、其他、受惩罚、健康因子、丧失因子的相关系数分别为0.46、0.30、0.28、0.25、0.21、0.09;人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚,对学习倦怠的β分别为0.53、0.22、10.22(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论高中生普遍存在学习倦怠现象,应激源中的人际关系、学习压力和受惩罚对高中生的学习倦怠有预测作用。
Objective To investigate the current situation of the learning burnout and the stressful life events in senior high school students and the relationship between them.Method Using the questionnaire on learning burnout and the stressful life events,to investigate 875 senior high school students of four schools in Hu'nan province.Results Emotional exhaustion (2.98±1.07),grid(2.85±1.23),low efficient (2.85±1.23);grade factor has impact on the three dimensions of the learning Burnout(P〈0.05);the correlation coefficient among learning burnout and gender of stressful life event includes Interpersonal relationships,study pressure,subject to punishment,health factors,the loss factor and others were 0.46,0.30,0.28,0.25,0.21,0.09;the regression coefficient related to perceived causes of learning burnout of interpersonal relationship,study pressure and punishment were 0.53,0.22,0.22(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Learning burnout is a common phenomenon in senior high school.Interpersonal relationship,study pressure and punishment can predict the Learning burnout of senior high school students.
