左卡尼丁和疏血通治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of L-carnionc and Shuxuetong on Chronic Renal Failure

目的观察左卡尼丁和疏血通治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法 98例非透析治疗的轻、中度慢性肾功能不全患者被随机分成3组,即左卡尼丁组、疏血通组和联合用药组(合用左卡尼丁和疏血通),治疗4周后观察肾功能多项指标的变化。结果 3组治疗后较治疗前血肌酐、尿素氮、超敏C-反应蛋白、尿微量白蛋白均有下降(P<0.05),其中联合用药组下降更为明显(P<0.01);3组治疗前后比较尿蛋白变化无统计学意义。结论左卡尼丁和疏血通对慢性肾功能不全均有治疗作用,但联合用药效果更佳。

Objective To study the clinical effects of L-carnionc and Shuxuetong on chronic renal failure.Method 98 patients of light or moderate chronic renal failure with non-dialysis therapy were randomly divided into three groups,i.e.L-carnionc group,treated only with L-carnionc,and Shuxuetong group,with Shuxuetong.The third group combined both therapies.The index of renal function were evaluated after 4-week treatment.Results After 4-week treatment there were decreases of the Scr、Bun、hs-CRP、mAlb in 3 groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）and there were no significant difference in UP before and after treatment in 3 groups.Conclusion L-carnionc and Shuxue tong are effective to the chronic renal failure.
