急性心肌梗死患者血清肝细胞生长因子的动态变化

The Dynamic Variation of Hepatocyte Growth Factor in Serums of Acute Heart Stem Patients

目的研究急性心肌梗死(Acute heart stem,AMI)患者血清肝细胞生长因子(Hepatocyte growth fac-tor,HGF)的动态变化。方法采用放射免疫法测定22例AMI患者发病后12h、24h、48h、96h和7d的血浆HGF水平,以20例健康体检者作为对照组。结果 AMI患者发病后12h、24h、48h、96h和7d的血浆HGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并呈现明显动态变化,7d血浆HGF水平高于12h、24h、48h、96h的血浆HGF水平(P<0.01);AMI患者血浆HGF水平与心功能严重程度呈正相关(r=0.564,P<0.01)。结论 AMI患者血浆HGF水平升高,且心功能越差,血浆HGF水平越高。

Objective To study the dynamic variation of hepatocyte growth factor （HGF） in serums of acute heart stem （AMI） patients.Method HGF of 22 AMI patients was measured with radio immunoassay 12 h,24 h,48 h,96 h and 7 d after the attack,and 20 healthy subjects constituted the control group.Results 12 h,24 h,48 h,96 h and 7 d after the attack,HGF in plasma of AMI patients was much higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）,and evident dynamic variation was observed.Level of HGF 7 d after the attack was higher than that 12 h,24 h,48 h and 96 h after it （P〈0.01）;HGF of AMI patients was positively correlated with the worsening of heart function （r=0.564,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The growth of HGF in plasma of AMI patients and the worsening of heart function contributes to the growth of HGF.
