喷油嘴参数对喷射式燃油加热器性能影响的试验研究

摘要 对喷射式燃油加热器所用油嘴进行了不同供油量、不同喷油锥体形式和不同喷油锥角台架试验研究。试验表明:对于现YJP-Q型燃油加热器,配用喷油量0.75 USgal/h的油嘴较为合适,喷油量0.85 USgal/h的油嘴可勉强配用,1.00 USgal/h的油嘴因供气不足和热交换器吸热能力不够而不适合配用。油嘴的喷油锥体形式及喷油锥角对现用加热器的性能影响不大。 An experimental research is carried out on the oil injectors used for injector heater with different oil-supply,injection cone with different forms of and different injection cone angle.Results show that it is more appropriate for current YJP-Q-type fuel heater to be equipped with an oil injection of 0.75 USgal/h oil-supply,but it is suitable for 0.85 USgal/h oil-supply.However,1.00 USgal/h oil-supply is unsuitable due to lack of air supply and shortage of heat exchanger capacity.Different forms of injection cone and different injection cone angle have little influence on current heaters.
