摘要
本文概述了模拟培训技术的发展及现状,总结了该院公共环境人员和医务人员紧急生命支持模拟培训的做法和经验。经规范化培训和教学实践,结果 47名公务员和57名大学生经公共环境紧急生命支持模拟培训后92%通过测试,95%认为从培训中获益;经医学专业人员紧急生命支持模拟培训,CPR-D复苏安尼通过率由79.8%提升到100%,取得了良好的教学效果。文章还对模拟培训技术在紧急生命支持技能教学中的应用前景进行了讨论。
An overview of development and current cituation in medical simulation training was given,and performance and experience of urgent life support training for professional staff and non-professional person were summarized.47 government staff members and 57 university students got a passing rate of 92 percent in exam after the training of urgent life support in public environment,and 95% of them considered it benefits them.Passing rate of CPR-D resuscitation testing was promoted from 79.8% to 100% in medical professional staff after urgent life support simulation training,showing a satisfactory effect.The application prospect of simulation training in education of urgent life support is also discussed in this atricle.
