摘要
探讨了泡沫金属的过滤机理,分析了不同因素对泡沫金属过滤材料的k下降率和排气背压的影响,进行了不同工况下泡沫金属过滤器的过滤试验,并模拟了其再生试验,为泡沫金属炭烟过滤器的设计提供了依据。
The paper discussed the filtration mechanism of foam metal and analyzed the effects on the filtration efficiency and exhaust back-pressure of foam metal.The experiment upon filtration efficiency in different conditions is conducted,and the regeneration experiment is simulated,that provides the basis for the design of metal foams-DPF.
